MNKS appoints Marie-Béatrice Noble as Managing Partner
Noble & Scheidecker (MNKS), the Luxembourg independent law firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Marie-Béatrice Noble as Managing Partner.
As a co-founding partner of the firm in 2004 alongside Katia Scheidecker, Marie-Béatrice has been one of the key people in leading the development of the firm. She has contributed to the firm’s success by simultaneously launching the Corporate and the Employment law departments.
As Managing Partner, she is responsible for the implementation of the firm’s strategic plan. Marie-Béatrice will also continue to lead the well established corporate law practice, advising local and international clients namely on mergers and acquisitions, international structuring projects and dispute resolution.
