The remuneration and position held by each lawyer within MNKS is determined by the experience and qualifications of the individual as well as according to the goals and objectives to be achieved.

The development and performance appraisal takes place twice a year. It is the occasion to assess the individual evolution and set up mutual objectives.

In order to facilitate the integration of new recruits, additional meetings with partners are organised after 3 and 6 months of their starting date.

Promotion and salary increases are discussed yearly in January.
