In 2005, MNKS became a member of Interlaw, one of the most established international associations of independent law firms in the world with more than 65 member firms and 5,000 attorneys located in North, Central and South America, Europe and the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

Much of Interlaw's success can be attributed to the solid personal and professional relationships that have developed among Interlaw members. These relationships are built and strengthened by meetings and conferences organized all year long.

To maintain consistent quality, Interlaw surveys and evaluates its members on an annual basis to ensure the highest standards of excellence.

Interlaw also facilitates Special Business Teams (SBT's), which provide legal services to major national and international projects that require legal expertise from several jurisdictions, and members can communicate through listservs dedicated to specific geographical areas, practice groups or industry interests.
