Audrey Rustichelli joined PwC Legal in November 2016 as the head of the Technologies & IP department. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 3 years in an independent leading Luxembourgish law firm, and then more than 5 years in the Luxembourg office of a major American business law firm as head of the IP/ITc practice.
Audrey Rustichelli advises clients on a wide range of information technology and communications matters and has extensive experience in outsourcing agreements, Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications, privacy matters and data protection issues, including formalities with the Luxembourg authorities.
She handles issues related to protecting, enforcing and defending intellectual property rights.
She also assists clients in the area of media law, including marketing, advertising, market regulation and unfair competition and is also involved on a regular basis in the tailored drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements, such as service level agreements, agency and distribution agreements.

Advised a major mobile operator on the Luxembourg telecommunications regulation and audit of their data processing;
Represented an international IT company against the Luxembourg Data Protection Authority requesting the disclosure of some data;
Advised and represented an international company providing consumer electronics regarding a lawsuit for inadequate disclosure of consumer warranty rights;
Assisted an international software company with the expansion of their Group in Europe and the drafting of any related intra group contract with their new subsidiaries in Europe (Management and Services agreements, license agreements, R&D agreements, etc.);
Advised a major actor of the hotel industry with their franchise agreements and the related competition law aspects;
Represented an international Group leader in luxury accessories and apparel in a major counterfeiting lawsuit and ensured the coordination with customs within Europe.
