Joëlle served several international corporations for more than a decade before joining PwC Legal in February 2015. She has extensive HR experience working for multinational companies in France and financial services industry in Luxembourg.
Most recently, she founded the HR team and lead the HR department of a business line for a « big four » company. As member of the business line steering committee, she, with her team, has put HR at high standards and shaped the function as a strategic partner for the business, particularly in light of human capital management trends.
Very approachable, she is appreciated for her human values and positive energy. She developed an expertise in talent management, change management and communication and is recognized for delivering tailored HR solutions, advices on management technics and coaching to employees at all levels.
She has lead major HR transformation projects in the following areas : talents attraction and development, performance management, engagement and retention strategy, organizational design, M&A process.
